Auto-responder Emails in Cloud Hosting
Configuring an auto-responder e-mail will take you only a couple of mouse clicks if you work with a cloud hosting with our company. This can be done through the Emails part of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where you could see all of your email addresses available in alphabetical order. You can choose an e-mail and click on the auto-responder icon or simply right-click and pick the option in the context menu that will appear. All you have to do is to type in the content that you'd like to be sent as the automatic reply and save the modification. You'll be able to type in any text you want and modifying or removing the auto-responder feature is just as simple. From the same section of the Control Panel it is possible to keep track of which accounts have the feature active and which do not.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you choose to host your domain names in a semi-dedicated server account with our company, you'll be able to add in an auto-responder to any e-mail address that you make from the Emails section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All mailboxes you have will be listed in alphabetical order within this section and for each one of them you'll see a tiny "Auto-responder" button. To activate the feature, click the button for a particular email address, type in the content that you would like people to get as the answer to their emails, then save the changes. You'll be able to change or remove this text at any moment following the exact same steps. If you want to create an auto-responder to a number of email addresses, you can select them and include a message to all of them at once - an option, which is accessible in Hepsia and which can save time and effort.
